Supply of pay and display tickets for Herefordshire Council car parks

Tender description

This contract is for the supply of 1.7 million single issue non-adhesive off street car park tickets, 300,000 double issue (150,000 ticket issues) non-adhesive off street car park tickets (for use with Sainsbury’s) and 200,000 single issue non-adhesive on street parking tickets. These tickets are for use in pay and display car parking areas in 63 Metric Elites machines in off street locations and in 16 Metric Sprite machines in on street locations. The contract is for the annual supply for 3 years. The tickets are for use across Herefordshire, in Hereford city centre, Ledbury, Leominster and Ross on wye council car parks. The Council will purchase the above allocation of pay and display tickets each year of the contract. The Provider will pay the Council a guaranteed set amount for advertising on the reverse of the supplied tickets (hereafter referred to as guaranteed advertising discount), upon delivery of each part of the allocation. The Provider can sell the advertising space on the reverse of the tickets to 3rd parties (subject to approval) to recover or exceed the amount guaranteed to the Council.
