The property is a semi-detached 3 bedroom house built in 1947. It's a traditional construction with 2 storeys. The floor area is 78 square meters and height of rooms is standard (2.4 metres) both upper and lower floors are standard. The property has been extensive fire damaged throughout the property. Active firefighting has taken place which involved use of water to deal with the fire. This may have led to water damage that may not be immediately apparent.
