Tender description

NorseCare wishes to engage with suitably qualified bidders on the basis of a Competitive Dialogue Tender in offering a Service Level Agreement for the provision of a new Software Solution for Care within our portfolio of Care Homes and Housing with Care Schemes. NorseCare operates 20 x Care Homes and 15 x Housing with Care Schemes all requiring a reliable software solution to assist us with our caring for the elderly provisions. NorseCare wishes to engage with suitably qualified bidders on the basis of a Competitive Dialogue Tender in offering a Service Level Agreement for the provision of a new Software Solution for Care within our portfolio of Care Homes and Housing with Care Schemes. NorseCare operates 20 x Care Homes and 15 x Housing with Care Schemes all requiring a reliable software solution to assist us with our caring for the elderly provisions. This initial Supplier Selection Questionnaire will be followed up with the Competitive Dialogue stage only to the bidders successful in passing this initial stage. Successful bidders will then receive the ITPD (Invitation to Participate in Dialogue) and the process will begin from there. This process will include workshops and sessions of information sharing in order to ascertain the most suitable bidder for NorseCares' Care Management Software Solution.
