Tender description

The contract is to ensure the continuous protection of void properties in 3 areas within Northern Ireland, as identified by the Northern Ireland Housing Executive Including: Temporary and permanent fix security screens (including continuous maintenance), Install, maintain and remove intruder alarms, Drain down various plumbing and heating systems, Maintain garden areas, including weed control Fix, inspect and remove lockboxes, Provide fully licensed security personnel, and guard dogs when required, Provide a property status report per dwelling.
