Tender description
NIE Networks are seeking to place a suitably qualified and experienced organisation on a framework agreement. The framework will be for the provision of testing and analysis of oil samples taken from transformers and cables on our Transmission and Distribution Network. It will involve the collection and delivery of samples, carrying out the various tests as specified and analysing this data and reporting the results back to NIE Networks. This framework will be awarded for a period of 3 years, subject to annual review, with an option to extend for up to a further 2 years. The option to extend will be entirely at the discretion of NIE Networks.
