RFQ for the provision of a STAR survey

Rochdale Boroughwide Housing require a quotation for the provision of a STAR Survey. From experience, we feel that a telephone survey works best for this type of work delivering both timely and robust analysis. As such, we require an organisation with a track record of conducting effective STAR surveys via structured telephone interviewing to carry out this piece of work on our behalf. Submissions that include partnering across organisations and/or subcontracting parts of the project must provide detail of one project manager for all communication with RBH and also details of track record and experience for each organisation included in the project.
