Tender description

The Department is trying to better understand those who may apply for an Irish Passport in the wake of Brexit - in order to fully anticipate the coming demands on the service, and to better allocate resources. The research should focus on qualitative rather than quantitative results as we currently have limited information on the intentions of prospective applicants.
