REQUEST FOR INFORMATION - SUPPLY OF FASTENERS

Tender description

Team Leidos would like to make interested suppliers aware that it intends to invite tenders for its Fasteners requirement with a view to awarding a contract that will commence late summer 2018. Team Leidos intends to invite tenders to bid against approximately3000 items. The Fastener requirement covers a wide range of products such as Bolts, Nails, Screws, Staples etc. Please see the attached document for further information. Background In April 2015 the MOD signed a contract with Leidos Europe Ltd to provide the procurement and inventory management of commodity items (as well as the storage and distribution services) historically provided in-house by the Logistics Commodities and Services Operating Centre. Leidos, working with the MOD, will transform the way these services are delivered to ensure requirements continue to be met whilst providing best value for money for the department. The organisation delivering these services is known as Team Leidos. Please note that by issuing this notice as this stage Team Leidos is NOT seeking Expressions of Interest or bids against this requirement.
