Street Works Inspections and Audits for Quality Assurance of Thames Water Street Assets and Reinstatements. Section 81 (NRSWA) compliance related works, scope to include for, but not limited to: Sample audit and inspections, processing Highway Authorities and customer notices and charges related to damage to Thames Water (or Customer) plant and notifications and charges related to these. Consequential damage surveys. Third party damage and sensitive asset inspections. Provide a web based system, to support/complement/interface etc. with existing street works, to manage all tasks being advertised scoped and requested. Section 72 (NRSWA) compliance related works — Inspections and audits for quality Assurance of Thames Water street works related to reinstatements in compliance with provisions of Highways Act. The scope to include for but not limited to: — Audit and Inspections to ensure compliance with the Road Opening in the Highway (SROH) and Safety at Street Works and Road Works (A Code of Practice). Joint site inspections, to represent TWUL at meetings with Highway Authorities to agree or rebut defects. Consequential Damage-to represents TWUL at meetings with Highway Authorities to agree or rebut.
