The Authority seeks to appoint a Services Provider to deliver a project which provides tailored advice and expertise to selected Chinese cities on the development of their Public-Private Partnership (PPP) and/or infrastructure programmes and projects, with the aim of developing bankable projects and facilitating the participation of international firms and capital in Chinese infrastructure projects.
