Provision of Cleaning Services for Corporate Properties

Cumbria County Council has in place an existing contract for cleaning services at Corporate Properties across the county. The next contract will be published and TUPE will apply. At present there are around 150 properties within the existing contract however this number will reduce over the next four years as the Council implements a programme of consolidation of assets. It is intended that the restricted OJEU process is followed, with selection of tenderers following PQQ submissions. Invitations to tender will follow, with a minimum of 5 and a maximum of 6 tenderers being shortlisted to proceed to ITT stage. It is intended to award the contract by February 2018. Recipients are invited to complete the online questionnaire and technical questions and to submit it, together with any requested supporting information, to the Authority by 19.00hours on 9th October 2017.
