Tender description

To deliver flexibility and choice in terms of the Children and Young People Act 2014, West Lothian Council wishes to purchase early learning and childcare places from external providers to supplement in house provision in those areas where council provision cannot meet demand. Each child will have up to 600 hours of early learning and childcare.
