This is a Periodic Information Notice and not a call for competition. The Authority is seeking to establish a framework agreement with multiple suppliers to provide the following: — Supply, maintenance and support of a range of portable hardware which includes terminals and printers, each including the necessary accessories, with suitable software components installed and executing on such hardware. — Provisioning of an Internet hosted Device Management Service (DMS). This online service is used to manage and monitor the mobile devices. — Optionally provide application software development and related skills. This includes providing the necessary skills to design, develop and test software applications to be deployed onto the provided mobile devices.
