Tender description

The States of Guernsey through the Committee for Employment and Social Security is seeking expressions of interest from potential suppliers capable of providing the services associated with a second pillar defined contribution pension scheme for Guernsey and Alderney. You are requested to complete this pre-qualification questionnaire (PQQ) to assist the Committee for Employment and Social Security to decide which suppliers to short list to invite to tender. In February 2016, the then Social Security Department developed an outline proposal for an auto enrolment Second Pillar pension scheme which will encourage the population to make greater provisions for themselves for the future through pension savings. The States approved the principles for the introduction of a Secondary Pension scheme (‘the Scheme’) subject to further research.
