Tender description
HealthTrust Europe LLP (‘HTE’) has acted as provider of procurement services on behalf of the below Trusts (‘Participating Authorities’) and was seeking to award a contract for a Managed Service for the provision of a Networked Blood Glucose and Ketone Testing (‘Service’). This procurement aimed to appoint a sole provider to deliver the Service for the following Trusts: — CWPS (Coventry and Warwickshire Pathology Services — hosted by University Hospital Coventry and Warwickshire including South Warwickshire NHS Foundation Trust and George Eliot NHS Trust), — Worcestershire Acute Hospitals NHS Trust, — Wye Valley NHS Trust. This tender was seeking to establish a contract for a Managed Service for the provision of Blood Glucose and Ketone Testing (Point of Care). It was expected that this Service would include the installation and maintenance of a networked solution to enable the electronic reporting and monitoring of results, accredited training, support to meet ISO requirements, all associated consumables and the maintenance and repair of equipment.
