The HSE wishes to establish a National Framework Agreement for the provision of Endomechanic and Laparoscopic Instruments and Devices for both Paediatric and Adult Service Users. The Framework will be structured in the following categories: — Accessories, — Custom Packs for Laparoscopic Surgery, — Instruments, — Mesh / Implants, — Needles, — Open Surgery Stapling Devices / Refills and Other Disposable Instruments, — Rigid endoscopy, — Stents, — Suture / Stapling / Ligation Devices, — Trocars and Ports, The Framework Agreement will be available to the HSE and those organisations referred to in Appendix 3.
