Tender description
Worcester City Council is inviting Quotes from Potential Suppliers for provision of medical services at Worcester Victorian Christmas Fayre. The Council requires the Appointed Supplier to provide the Council’s medical services for the 2017 Worcester Victorian Christmas Fayre. Full medical cover will be required for the opening times of the event. The Fayre will be open to the public during the following hours: Thursday 30 November 2017 12:00 – 21:00 Friday 1 December 2017 11:00 – 21:00 Saturday 26th November 2017 10:00 – 20:00 Sunday 27th November 2017 11:00 – 17:00 A reduced medical service will be required for the period of time when the stallholders are setting up / breaking down – generally this will be two hours before and one hour after event opening hours Keywords: Fair, Event, Medical Service, Christmas, Fayre
