Tender description

The University of Leeds is seeking tenders for ‘Massively parallel long read DNA sequencer’ The tender is for a massively parallel long read sequencer capable of generating over 500 000 reads with a typical length of over 8kb. The sequencer should be able to operate in a standard laboratory environment and come with all essential software for data production to a file format commonly used for storing sequence data. 1.3.This tender follows the Open Procedure under the Public Contract Regulations 2015.
