Tender description

EHDC wishes to procure a construction partner to build houses for market sale on land assets within the district. East Hampshire DC is seeking Expressions of Interest to inform its decision to procure a construction partner to build houses for market sale at a number of sites within the District. 1.2 EHDC are working with Ken Scadden Associates for architectural services and they will also project manage the builds on our behalf. 1.3 Initially 3 sites are being considered for residential development, but depending on the success of these projects other sites may be brought forwards. 1.4 Estimated time-scale for the start of the first phase of construction is August 2018. 1.5 We are currently looking for indicative build costs to ensure viability before proceeding further. 1.4 Indicative costs and comments on our proposed project are invited and encouraged from businesses interested in providing the work described in Appendix A.
