Tender description

As part of the DfT A403 Challenge Works - additional works to construct a shared-use path adjacent to Kings Weston Lane. These works require crossing a government oil pipeline, which is owned and managed by CLH Pipelines, and protected by the Government Oil Pipeline Act. To satisfy CLH Pipelines and government regulations an approved contractor is required to excavate, inspect, wrap and cover the pipe before the Council could construct over the top. CLH provided details of 5 appropriate contractors.
