Collection and Analysis of Urine Samples

Tender description

The purpose of this procurement is to support the Government's commitment to identifying new psychoactive substances (NPS). The Results obtained will be used to help determine what appropriate legislative and health action can be taken. Potential Providers are expected to visit the site of a public event on two separate days and collect samples of pooled urine from waste tanks used to capture urine from the male urinals. The urine samples must be transported to a Laboratory which works to ISO/IEC 17025 standards (or equivalent). Certification will be required. Further details will be provided upon successful completion of a Non-Disclosure Agreement. Expressions of Interest for this requirement must be received by the Contact lead (details below), no later than 16:00 on Wednesday 6th July 2016. A Non-Disclosure Agreement will then be provided and a signed copy must be returned to the contact lead no later than 16:00 on Thursday 7th July 2016 Upon receipt of a signed agreement, the Contact lead will provide an invitation to the competition, this will then enable full access to the complete suite of tender documents.
