Belfast City Council (‘the Council’) invites tenders for the Tender for measured term contract for repair, maintenance & minor works for Fire & Intruder installations The works shall include the supply, delivery, off loading, erection, connection, testing and commissioning of all plant, equipment and materials required to carry out the works as described hereafter in this specification and pricing schedules for the properties for Belfast City Council - The agreement shall include, but is not limited to, the following and be applied to the properties as detailed in the specification: — Programme & carry out Periodic Tests & Inspections of Intruder Alarm Installations in compliance with BS4737 and all relevant European Directives — Completion & Submission of Test & Inspection Certificates in compliance with BS4737 and relevant European directives and this specification — Preparation of Defects List including — non compliances, faults including details of remedial works required. MTC for installation and repairs of Fire & Intruder Alarms at various BCC sites.
