Bats In Churches - Engagement Specialist

Tender description

This procurement is one of a number in the Bats in Churches HLF Project being run with a Partnership of 5 organisation of which Natural England are the lead body. The Partnership is looking for a public engagement specialist(s) to assist project staff and the project steering group with audience identification, access, learning activity and engagement planning for the development phase of this project. The main outcome of this Contract is to enable the delivery phase bid to be submitted in March 2018 (round 2). The geographically dispersed nature of the Bats in Churches project, with multiple churches, means a traditional HLF Heritage Grant round 2 application would not best fit the needs of the project. The round 2 application will therefore more closely resemble a modified LCAP (Landscape Conservation Action Plan) format. The final format of the round 2 application (currently referred to as a Conservation Action Plan or CAP) has been drafted but is yet to be finalised. The appointed supplier will be expected to use their experience to help shape the structure of the CAP.
