Tender description

This notice is to purchase Lead Architectural Services Including but not limited to the following: Architectural Design Services; Quantity Surveyor; Structural Engineers; BREEAM; Project Management. All fees associated with professional services for this project will be covered in this appointment. These Architectural Services will be procured as follows: 1. An Expression of Interest (EOI) and Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) document will be issued to applicants and their responses will be reviewed against the EOI and PQQ and successful applicants against the criteria will be issued with an Invitation To Tender (ITT) document. 2. The ITT Architectural responses will be reviewed against criteria and 4 Architects will be invited to attend interview to present their proposals. 3. The Tender Interviews will be scored against criteria to achieve a successful Lead Architect Appointment. At each stage unsuccessful applicants will be advised in writing with feedback.
