Tender description

Islington Council is seeking to appoint up to three (3) contractors to the framework agreement. Projects up to a maximum of £10,000 will be based on Direct call-off. Direct call-off will be determined by the commissioning department depending on which awarded contractor is most suitable to do the works. Projects between the value of £10,000 to £50,000 will be based on a mini-competition between all the contractors awarded on the framework. Call-offs for all projects will be based on 100% Price. Further details on how a contract is concluded are explained in the tender documents.
