Tender description

The Kent County Council will be publishing a tender for Weed Control services in the west of the County later this year. The contract will be split into three lots each covering two districts. The Authority would like to engage with suppliers on our proposed approach to determine appropriateness and to consider inclusion of any positive feedback in our proposed contract documentation/approach or specification. Additional topics for discussion will include our specification, levels of reporting, possible innovation and deployment of new technology. We will also be canvassing suppliers to gain a market view around preferred types/structure of contracts for the future, this list is not exhaustive and an agenda will be made available. Should there be insufficient interest to justify a face to face meeting the Council will circulate a questionnaire to interested bidders.
