Tender description

Veterinary consultancy services in relation to animal production in sub Saharan Africa. The Supporting Evidence Based Interventions Programme (‘SEBI Programme’ / ‘we’ / ‘our’) is a newly awarded project to be based at the Royal (Dick) School of Veterinary Studies. Its primary purpose is to collect and analyse data with regard to animal production and mortality in developing countries and better understand how this is linked to human standards of wellbeing in rural based communities. One of the primary deliverables under the three year SEBI Programme is the collection and analysis of quantifiable data on the extent and causes of cattle mortality and reproductive diseases in Nigeria, and assessment of potential interventions for addressing related issues (the ‘Nigeria Project’).
