Technical Surveillance Counter Measures Assessments

HS2 Ltd is seeking to appoint a supplier to provide a Technical Surveillance Counter Measure (TSCM) Assessments. The security of confidential, sensitive and proprietary information is of vital importance to HS2 Ltd. Unauthorised disclosure, including through a deliberate act could cause serious commercial and legal issues, resulting in cost and delay to the programme. Such issues could arise from compromise of commercial and intellectual property information submitted as part of the procurement process and through compromise of the process itself, i.e. assessment and award of high value contracts. The requirement is for a supplier to provide Technical Surveillance Counter Measure (TSCM) Assessments of the controlled procurement facility, providing TSCM deep inspections and TSCM enhanced electronic inspections every 6 months. This will reduce the risk of unauthorised disclosure of confidential information.
