Tender description
Crown Commercial Service (CCS), as the Contracting Authority, intends to put in place a Concession agreement for the supply and management of a utilities procurement engine and Dynamic Purchasing System. This will allow public sector customers to compare and switch energy tariffs and suppliers. Initially, the service will offer switching of gas and/or electricity products. This could be extended to other utilities in the future. The values noted below are estimated and for guidance purposes only and may be subject to change. The exact details of the contractual arrangements are to be determined. It is envisaged that this opportunity will be let as a Services Concession Contract.
