‘Together for Children in Aberdeen’ will provide services to children, young people and their families who are eligible to receive the targeted help and support of Children's Social Work within the city. Services provided will help to safeguard the well-being of children and young people and improve outcomes for them by working closely with and complementing services provided directly by the City Council's Education and Children's Services, Children's Social Work service. ‘Together for Children in Aberdeen’ will support children, young people and their families and carers. It will be launched with the first 2 phases in 2016. These are Early help for families, children and young people and Intensive support for families, children and young people.
