RM511 Common Data Environment Project (CDE)

Tender description

Leeds Beckett University wishes to procure a Project Management and Common Data Environment (CDE) tool to help to better manage our capital plan of works. The CDE must meet BIM Level 2 guidance as per the PAS 1192-2:2013 and BS1192:2007. Tools and workflows associated with the CDE must allow us, our consultant teams and main contractor teams to manage projects and administer contracts effectively. One of the Estates Departments strategic goals is to digitise the entire estate over the next five years. We are also entering into an increased period of investment with estates capital plan for the next 5 years budgeted at £179m (including all fees, construction costs, internal costs and VAT). To help us meet our targets we are looking for a solution partner that can help us manage our portfolio of works. Projects range in size from £100k up to a £25M construction budget. The appointment will be for 2 years plus 1 plus 1 with reviews of performance at each interval.
