Tender description
The Authority wishes to investigate the options for defining a co-ordinated support model for the Jersey Care Record “system” and recommend what will work best for Jersey. We wish to appoint a consultancy practice to develop a digital support model spanning across IT, applications and customer service that will ensure that support for the Jersey Care Record is sustainable and robust.
