Advice, treatment, control, eradication and monitoring of pest affected properties — planned and responsive works. Pest control services including assessment of pest problems, appropriate treatment and eradication including all bait, traps and follow up visits to ensure successful treatment, removal of bait, traps and carcasses prior to leaving site. Disinfecting and exterminating services, rat disinfestation services and fumigation services. Provision of an emergency call out service 24/7, 365(366) days a year with attendance within 4 (four) hours of notification from A2Dominion Call Centre, Estate Services or on-site staff. Provision of pest control services within domestic tenanted and void properties, offices and any areas of land owned, rented, leased or occupied by A2Dominion. Provision of advice to A2Dominion and its residents regarding prevention of pest infestation.
