Oxfordshire CCG - Assisted Conception AQP Services

Tender description

The NHS Oxfordshire Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) is commissioning Assisted Conception Services through the use of an AQP process on behalf of Aylesbury Vale CCG, Chiltern CCG, Bracknell and Ascot CCG, Slough CCG, Windsor, Ascot and Maidenhead CCG, Newbury and District CCG, North and West Reading CCG, South Reading CCG and Wokingham CCG. The Specialist Fertility service will provide a range of appropriate assisted conception services for couples within the Oxfordshire CCG boundary area who meet the eligibility criteria which include In Vitro Fertilisation (IVF), Intra-cytoplasmic Sperm Injection (ICSI), Intra Uterine Insemination (Un-stimulated, Intra Uterine Insemination (IUI) stimulated- Funded on an exceptional basis. The contract length will be for 34 months, until 30th September 2020, with potential to extend beyond that. Full details will be provided in the Accreditation Document.
