Tender description

Process to appointed a provider who will establish and run the Youth Housing Hub. The Hub will be an integrated service that coordinates and delivers homelessness prevention, assessments, housing advice and the allocation of housing and support to the target client group. The Hub partner will provide a suitable building and manage the hub service and co-located team, including council social workers and housing advisers. Revised competitive procedure with negotiation as service fall under the light-touch regime (LTR) as detailed in the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (as amended). The revision to the negotiated procedure will be that the Council will initially enter into negotiations with the highest scoring bidder to settle the precise scope of the operation of the Hub service and other details of that operation which may arise. No amendment to the specification will be made at this point except in relation to output and outcomes measures. See invitation to tender for more information. 3 year contract with option to extend for 2 periods of 2 years. Contract value relates to the maximum contract value if all extension are exercised.
