Tender description

NHS St Helens CCG through this procurement is commissioning an APMS contract for Marshalls Cross Medical Centre formerly Sherdley Medical Centre The aim of all the service is to deliver essential, additional and enhanced services to registered patients at the practice. . It is proposed that the terms and conditions of all the service, including tariff arrangements, will reflect those contained in General Medical Services (GMS) contracts. The contract duration will be 5 years with an option to extend for a further 2 years subject to satisfactory review. The contract value is approximately £718,425.00 per year as outlined in the procurement documents. Extra ad hoc funding may be available for vaccinations and immunisations made payable by NHS England. The tariff rate is subject to inflationary or deflationary changes on an annual basis by NHS England. The procurement process is being run under the light touch regime as described by the Public Contracts Regulations 2015.
