Tender description
Norfolk County Council is the Managing Authority for the INTERREG VA France (Channel) England (FCE) programme. The FCE programme is an example of European Territorial Cooperation programme which aims to fund high quality economic development projects on either side of the English Channel. The council sought to buy marketing services to encourage project applications to the Programme in both France and the UK. Marketing will be undertaken for a year from September 2017. The appointed provider will provide marketing services for the FCE programme, including: Paid Social Media campaigns; Specialised print media advertising campaigns; Creative content, including videos.
