Kirklees Integrated Wellness Model Event

Kirklees Council facilitated two soft market provider event on 12th July 2017 12th December 17 which were aimed specifically at providers with an interest in direct involvement or collaboration with the Kirklees Integrated Wellness Model, currently in development. The aims of the events were to: • Bring together providers and introduce the concept, rationale and background • Help providers to understand the aspiration and think about how they could be part of this • Create a space to ask questions, initiate discussions and begin to form potential collaborations between providers, large and small • Help us to understand what might be needed to work with providers and achieve the vision • Providers to share with others whether they are interested in being the Lead provider or the Sub provider Please find attached the findings and further information relating to the events and the wellness model.
