Tender description

The States of Jersey are seeking to identify potential suppliers who can offer the capability and capacity to engender the confidence to collaboratively design, develop, implement and support modern customer-facing mobile applications, web interfaces, operational services and management information systems to support the Driver and Vehicle System in line with the TOGAF methodology and framework. We are looking to engage with suppliers who can bring practical experience of applying modern tools and techniques in an agile way to deliver maximum long-term benefit to our customers. In order to deliver a system which can meet our requirements we are seeking a team of three Senior Agile Software Developers and an Agile Team Lead. The development team will be based in St Helier, Jersey, primarily at the Driver & Vehicle Standards office. The Authority’s preference is to source the following roles from a single vendor but are open to the potential to use a multi-source option.
