History Research Project Facilitator for the Beverley Road Townscape Heritage Scheme

Hull City Council are undertaking a Townscape Heritage Scheme to the historical road of Beverley Road within Hull. There is a wide range of works taking place (and more details of the bigger scheme can be located within the enclosed attachments). In relation to this particular opportunity, the role of the History Research Project Facilitator will be to plan and facilitate the delivery of three history research projects, including collating and designing research findings to enable it to be displayed following Hull’s year as City of Culture. The research boards will provide a focus for future Hull Civic Society Heritage Open Day (HODs) along Beverley Road, potentially starting with the 2017 HOD’s in early September. The History Research Project Facilitator will work with the Townscape Heritage team specifically to coordinate the delivery of three short history research projects working with; - Kingston Youth Centre, Summit Education Society Ltd (based at Stepney Station) and Stepney Primary School.
