The Highways Maintenance Services (HMS) and Minor Civil Engineering Works (MCEW) are standalone contracts. The estimated annual values of HMS is £2,500,000 and MCEW is £4,000,000 respectively. These Contracts are open to access for Local Authorities who have shown interest, each authority has up to the following to spend on the Contracts: HMS - £250,000 P/A Per Borough MCEW- £500,000 P/A Per Borough The authorities listed below have shown an interest: London Boroughs Of: Barnet, Hounslow, Harrow, Hammersmith & Fulham, Richmond, Wandsworth, Enfield, Haringey, Brent and Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea, The estimated minimum value of HMS for 9 years (Ealing only) is £22,500,000 The estimated maximum potential value of HMS for 9 years (including other Authorities) is £45,000,000 The estimated minimum value of MCEW for 9 years (Ealing only) is £36,000,000 The estimated maximum potential value of MCEW for 9 years (including other Authorities) is £81,000,000
