NHS Leeds South and East Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) will soon commence the procurement for A Framework for the Provision of Domiciliary Care Services. The purpose of this advert is to make providers aware of this forthcoming procurement opportunity which is in the final stages of development. The Provision of Domiciliary Care Services on behalf of NHS Leeds South and East Clinical Commissioning Group will be split into 2 lots as follows: — Lot 1 — The Provision of Domiciliary Care for Continuing Healthcare Patients; and — Lot 2 — The Provision of a Complex Continuing Healthcare Packages at Home Service. The Services will support adults (aged 18 and over) assessed as eligible for Continuing Healthcare (CHC) and registered with a Leeds GP, or resident within the boundaries of the 3 Leeds Clinical Commissioning Groups. A draft Service Specification for Lot 1 — The Provision of Domiciliary Care for Continuing Healthcare Patients is attached to the Contract Finder Advert, however the draft Service Specification for Lot 2 — The Provision of a Complex Continuing Healthcare Packages at Home Service is currently in the process of being drafted in preparation of the Procurement Process. The Service Specification has been attached to the Contract Finder advert (https://www.contractsfinder.service.gov.uk/Notice/01fc772b-27fd-43ad-9b00-1929a38ea417 ) for information and to enable providers to prepare to respond to a future Invitation to Tender (ITT). However it should be noted that the draft Service Specification will be under development up to the point of publishing any ITT. It is anticipated that the procurement process for the Services will commence in August 2017. Subject to a successful procurement process, the Services will commence on 1.4.2018. This advert is not part of any pre-qualification or selection process. The purpose of this advert is to raise awareness of the future opportunity and to communicate the CCGs' requirements.
