Tender description
This is a notice for social and specific services in accordance with Directive 2014/24/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council Article 74. The London Boroughs of Harrow is contracting a General Information and Advice Service as a result of its Information, Advice and Advocacy Strategy 2017 - 2021. The duration of he contract will be for 3 years with an option to extend for a further 2 years. This service will provide improved access for residents in accessing information and advice at their first point of contact and work to remove barriers around accessing information and advice. The service will introduce a comprehensive referral pathway and effective triage facility the service will also address multiple needs.
