GB-London: STA964 - Attendance of Rolls Royce engineer during THV Galatea drydock

Tender description

As part of the required maintenance for THV Galatea, drydock and repair was carried out in March 2017. During this drydock and repair, attendance at the vessel in Middlesbrough was required by Rolls Royce. Maintenance and repair services were provided by two Rolls Royce service engineers to attend the vessel and provide the adequate level of maintenance and support for the propulsion machinery aboard THV Galatea during this overhaul. The propulsion machinery installed on board THV Galatea is manufactured by Rolls Royce and therefore a contract was placed for their attendance due to their position as the original equipment manufacturer and the level of expertise and support which they could provide throughout this requirement.
