Tender description

Tenders are invited for remedial works required to make Fearon Hall wind and watertight. A 12.2m and a 15.4m articulating narrow boom lift for access will be available to access the roof for inspection on the 2nd May 2017 from 09:00 16:00 The hall has been neglected for a number of years and has numerous leaks, it is envisaged that when the remedial works are carried out that the building will be wind and watertight. Tender for all works included in the specification. The last date for request of documents is the 8/5/17, with tenders being returned on the 11/5/17 - 12Noon.
