Tender description

This requirement is for the supply of items for Maintenance, Repair and Operations (MRO) which includes all tools, materials and consumables (maintenance spares) supporting the maintenance and repair of assets in a variety of operational environments, required to cover the whole of the Severn Trent Water geographical area. The requirement has been divided into the following Lots: — Lot 1: Mechanical Materials and Components, and Road Maintenance Materials, — Lot 2: Electrical Materials and Components, and Tools, — Lot 3: Janitorial Products, — Lot 4: All Lots Combined. The framework may be awarded as individual lots or as a combination of lots. The framework will be let for an initial 3 years and it may be extended for a further three years in increments to be determined by Severn Trent Water. This requirement is for the Supply of Mechanical Materials and Components, and Road Maintenance Materials across the entire STW region. This framework will be awarded to a single supplier. This requirement is for the Supply of Electrical Materials and Components, and Tools across the entire STW region. This framework will be awarded to a single supplier. This requirement is for the Janitorial Products across the entire STW region. This framework will be awarded to a single supplier. This requirement is for the supply of Mechanical Materials and Components, Road Maintenance Materials, Electrical Materials and Components, Tools and Janitorial Products across the entire STW region. If STW decides to select Lot 4 (and consolidate Lots 1, 2 and 3) this framework will be awarded to a single supplier.
