COV - Tender for the supply of an E-Learning platform - AWARD

Tender description

The Council is re-tendering its contract for an E-Learning platform. The platform will support the delivery of the Council's Workforce Strategy with the intention of delivering a better learner experience to help the Council achieve better participation. The Council is seeking to procure a modern e-learning platform that facilitates interactive and participative e-learning as well as allowing remote access in line with the Council's corporate initiative of agile working. We are seeking a solution that comprises an e-learning platform that has the functionality to host content purchased from a range of suppliers, and for us to be able to develop and manage our own content. The new Contract will be open to other Local Authorities in the region as named in the OJEU notice and Invitation to Tender document. Estimated Contract Value: £200,000 Contract Start and Expiry: Tuesday 2nd January 2018 to 31st December 2020 with the option to extend for 2 x 1 year periods at the agreement of both parties.
