Contract for the laying of Car Park on Former Bewdley Medical Centre Site Dog Lane

Tender description

Wyre Forest District Council require a contractor for the formation of a new car park; to include the remediation of existing contaminated ground, demolition and removal of existing concrete and brick retaining structures and the provision of a new reinforced concrete retaining wall. Also to include the provision of suitable electrical services installations and fittings, tarmac surfacing, above and below ground drainage, railings, gates and landscaping elements. An optional resurfacing and re-marking of the existing adjacent Medical Centre car park shall also be included as a seperate Section of works under the Contract.
