Thanet District Council is seeking a suitably qualified consultant to provide consultancy services in order to provide a comprehensive Budget Estimate for assessing the feasibility and options for the refurbishment and repairs at 19-23 Royal Crescent, St Augustines Road, Ramsgate CT11 9PD The Contract is anticipated to commence late September 2017 with a completion date to be agreed. Important Information: All procurement documents are attached to this notice and available for suppliers to download and complete according to instructions contained. The procurement will be undertaken on the basis of a Quotation. All quotations will be accepted subject to the bidder providing suitable responses to pass/fail questions ensuring minimum standards are met as set out in the Invitation to Quote document. Evaluation will be in the basis of criteria as set out in the ITQ document.
