Tender description
This Prior Information Notice is to gain expressions of interest from contractors for a South East and Mid Wales Highways and Civil Engineering Agreement. Please note that this is a re-tender of the previously hosted RCT South East & Mid Wales & Civil Engineering Framework, which was a collaborative arrangement between 10 Local Authorities and was broken down into 12 lots by project value and region, and within scope was highway maintenance; construction; surfacing; and, surface preservation. This current framework is due to expire in 2018 and future arrangements for this requirement are to be hosted by Cardiff Council. However, please note the Council offer no guarantee that the existing structure of the Framework will be the structure adopted for the proposed future framework.
